Vision:

To inspire and assure that FCC Ministries and FCC members produce the works and deeds required to fulfill God’s will and calling.

Because “Biblical Faith” specializes in bringing to pass the heart of God and the invisible realm of individual’s visions, dreams, goals, and callings. It’s necessary to have prophetic leaders, mentors, and coaches to inspire us to focus & finish God’s desires. (Ephesians 2:10)

Mission:
1) Motivate fresh vision of FCC’s ministries and members
2) Generate measuring tools and timelines for God ordained goals that manifest the three(3) missions of FCC
3) Monitor progress and initiate adjustments  that finish and fulfill God’s will

This ministry is comprised of seasoned leaders of our fellowship that possess the strong gifting in areas of leadership, prophesy, business, and exhortation.

Leaders of integrity and great Christian character grow in wisdom & favor from God and man.  Leaders involved in the Accountability ministry must also:

• Have consistently perfect attendance
• Ability to Speak Truth in Love
• Be able to Flow in Mind of Christ
• Be able to articulate the heart of God and FCC Pastors
• Not be influenced by respect of person or personal bias’
• Be Non judgmental
